Buddha’s Delight – I’ve enjoyed variations of this dish before but this was our first attempt at making it at home. It was a good first effort! ☺️

Ingredients: leek, napa cabbage, garlic, ginger, red fermented bean curd, dried lily flowers, black fungus, shiitake mushrooms, shaoxing wine, friend tofu puffs, dried bean curd sticks, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, water, canola oil, mung bean noodles, * white fungus
* white fungus was not in this recipe but I’ve had variations of Buddha’s Delight where it was included. I really like the texture and look of it, so I added it.
