Flavourful creamy artichoke, sage, and mushroom sauce with tagliatelle pasta. A quick, easy, and delicious recipe! 🍄 🌱

Ingredients:

8 oz tagliatelle pasta
16 oz cremini mushrooms
2 teaspoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
Truffle oil (optional)

Ingredients for sauce:
1 1/2 cups marinated artichoke hearts, drained well
1/2 cup water
10 sage leaves (fresh)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 garlic cloves

Directions:
1. Put a pot of water on high heat for cooking the pasta. While the water is heating to a boil, move to complete next step(s).
2. Drizzle 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sautée mushrooms. Season with a bit of salt and pepper and set aside.
3. Put all the ingredients listed for the sauce (see above) in a food processor and pulse until creamy.
4. Cook pasta.
5. Pour the sauce into the pan with the sautéed mushrooms. Stir on low heat for a minute or two, then add pasta to pan. Mix and if needed, adjust salt and pepper to taste. You can drizzle a bit of truffle oil on top, if you like. Recipe yields about 4 portions. Enjoy! ✨
