Vegan Kuku Sabzi كوكو سبزى وگان (Iranian herb frittata) – loaded with fresh cilantro, parsley, dill, and leek. This dish is traditionally vegetarian and made with eggs but the eggs are not the star of the dish and are not even noticeable in the final product.
