Vegan Pastéis de Nata (Portuguese custard tarts) and my fond memories of Portugal. ☺️ This was my first attempt at making these and I am thrilled they turned out so well! Will post recipe in my feed in the next few days.
Ingredients: puff pastry (usually vegan by default), cashews, soft tofu, maple syrup, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, corn starch, saffron, cinnamon, icing sugar.
