Ingredients (not including dressing and hummus): roasted sweet potatoes, red peppers, red onion, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, cooked quinoa, raw lettuce, cucumber, green onion, cherry tomatoes, julienned carrots, and avocado.
This looks delicious 😍 I’m well jel, I couldn’t find fresh sprouts anywhere this winter 😔 I had to buy frozen Xmas 😂 S Spain grows tons of fresh fruit & veg but obviously sprouts aren’t one of them 😂
