Vegetarian (vegan) Tourtière and Tomato Relish ✨
I finished watching the first season of The Great Canadian Baking Show 🍁 and making the vegetarian tourtière and tomato relish that hoylandjames wowed the judges with was first on my list! Thank you for sharing this recipe, it was absolutely delicious!
A few substitutions for vegans: I used aquafaba instead of eggs, and vegan butter instead of butter.
Given the constraints of ingredient shopping during covid, I also substituted sesame seeds for nigella seeds in the tomato relish.
